Breakfast Bruschetta

RECIPE:

Total PREP TIME : 5 Mins

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Whole wheat bread Slices – 2
  2. Tomato – 1
  3. Goat cheese – 35 grams
  4. Pepper and honey to taste.
  5. Fresh chopped coriander (Optional) – 1 Tbsp

METHOD:

  1. Toast bread slices.
  2. In the mean time, wash and slice the tomato.
  3. Add tomato slices on the toasted bread and crumble goat cheese on top.
  4. Drizzle with a bit of honey, sprinkle with pepper and chopped coriander. Eat it immediately!
