Microwave Scrambled Eggs

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg – 1
  2. Milk – 50 ml
  3. Spring Onions – 1/4 (Optional)
  4. Salt and Pepper – to taste
  5. Chili sauce (Optional)

METHOD:

  1. Crack the egg into a microwave safe bowl with chopped spring onions, add milk, salt and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. Cover with a lid and microwave for 1.5 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  3. Scramble using a fork and serve with toasted slices of bread and chili sauce.
