- Milk – 50 ml
- Spring Onions – 1/4 (Optional)
- Salt and Pepper – to taste
- Chili sauce (Optional)
- Crack the egg into a microwave safe bowl with chopped spring onions, add milk, salt and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Cover with a lid and microwave for 1.5 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Scramble using a fork and serve with toasted slices of bread and chili sauce.
